If you wish to delete your OYNO account and associated data, you can request it directly using the steps below.
Steps to delete your account
- Open the OYNO app
- Go to your profile / Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your request
You can also email us at support@oyno.com for account deletion, and we'll take care of it from there.
What gets deleted
- Your profile information and login details
- Saved clips and reviews linked to your account
- Match history and session preferences
Deletion requests are typically processed within a few business days. Some information may be retained where required by law.
