Please read these terms carefully. By downloading, installing or using OYNO, or by using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1Acceptance of Terms
These terms form a binding agreement between you and OYNO. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app or this website.
2Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an OYNO account. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this age requirement.
3Description of the Service
OYNO is a cricket review system that lets you start a match session, capture live moments using a configurable buffer window, save and review clips during that session, and manage your session history. Features, buffer durations, and the overall app experience may be updated, changed or improved over time.
4Accounts and Registration
- You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, whether or not you authorized it, unless caused by our negligence.
- Notify us immediately at oynoadmin@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
5Acceptable Use
You agree to use OYNO only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Capture, upload or share content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on someone else's rights or privacy.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app's security or normal operation.
- Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the service without our permission.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.
6Your Content
Clips you capture and reviews you write remain your content. By using OYNO, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display that content back to you as part of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your captured clips or reviews, and we do not publish them publicly without your action to do so.
7Intellectual Property
The OYNO name, logo, app design, and website content are the property of OYNO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding or app design without prior written permission.
8Third-Party Services
OYNO may let you sign in using Google. Your use of such third-party sign-in is also governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.
9Disclaimers
OYNO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OYNO and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including decisions made based on captured clips, ratings, or reviews shown in the app.
11Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold OYNO harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms.
12Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to OYNO if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful activity, or if required by law. You may stop using the service, or request account deletion, at any time.
13Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or for legal reasons. Continued use of OYNO after such changes means you accept the updated terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date whenever we make changes.
